Credential Builder (CB) is an online, web-based credential management system provided by Cube Services Inc. Hosted on Cubes dedicated servers, geographically distributed to our clients allowing fast load times, reliability & redundancy and an extra layer of data security.

PHOTO ARCHIVE
UPLOAD AND MANAGE CREDENTIAL PHOTOS
- Integrated into each Credential Builder Software. All photos are stored an able to be used for future Credential Builders. Photos are saved by first and last name.
- Many Universities use CB yearly and they have one CB Photo Archive for the University and used in numerous Credential Builder systems. Football, Soccer, Basketball, etc. This way you’re only storing one photo per person, but it can be used in all different Credential Builder Systems.
- Images can be added from your computer, from your mobile camera or by providing a direct URL.
- CB software does have a minimum image size to assure the best print quality for all credential headshots. The minimum image size is 400px wide by 500px tall.
- Accepted Image Formats: (JPEG, JPG, BMP, GIF and PNG) images.
- Image cropping & rotation features are available on each upload and images are automatically resized and saved to allow for consistency and best print quality.
- An export feature is available as well that will prompt you to download a ZIP file with all images in your image archive at anytime. Images will be exported by first and last name and saved as JPG files.
REQUEST FORMS
CUSTOM CREDENTIAL REQUEST FORMS
- Custom built forms to collect the information you need for each credential request. No more wasting time trying to compile credential requests through numerous emails being sent to you directly.
- All forms are integrated with your Photo Archive allowing people to select their photo they might have already used in the past or to submit a new photo with their request.
- Form(s) can be developed time sensitive requests. We can program your forms to shut-off automatically at a specific date / time, leaving your logo and a professional notice that registration is now closed.
- Form(s) can be developed to allow multiple credential requests on each form under one submission. This allows one person to submit credential requests for their whole department, team, crew, etc.
- Our system also guarantees that there will never be a duplicate credential request. Every submission is checked against previous requests.
- With each form submission, a copy of all the variable data collected (form fields) will be sent to any email addresses you desire.
- Please note: We only send emails to privately owned / managed domain names. This feature is not available for use on any FREE email accounts such as: Hotmail, Outlook, Gmail, etc.
- All credential requests are then held in a “Manage Requests” section in your CB system where you will have to either “Approve” or “Deny” each request. CB will not send out notifications for “Approvals” or “Denials” unless you ask for this added feature.
ACCESS CONTROL
CONTROL ACCESS ANYWHERE IN REAL TIME
Integrate access levels / controls for your next event without the costs of an RFID system. By simply adding a barcode to your credential artwork, Credential Builder can manage access controls & catering for a single event or annual tour.

MEAL TICKETS
ONSITE CATERING / MEAL MANAGEMENT
Catering made simple. No more printing one off meal tickets that will end up in the trash. Using a credential with a barcode, Credential Builder makes it easy to handle all of your meals and locations.

- One credential with a barcode can handle all meals for an entire tour or single event.
- Meals area assigned by:
- Meal Date
- Meal Location & Timezone (Example: Cube Lunch Room | PST)
- Meal type (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
- Meal Times (Example: Breakfast 6:00am – 11:00am)
- Detailed meal reports provide you with how many meals were issued, used and not-used for each location & date.
API INTEGRATION

Integrate your existing registration system with Credential Builder. We have created a REST API for Credential Builder that allows your developers to push credential information from your database to ours (visa versa) within seconds.
